Terms of Service

By using PrintMyPlans.co.uk, you agree to the following terms:

1. Scope of service. Print My Plans provides large-format printing for architectural and technical drawings. Products are supplied as printed reproductions of customer-uploaded files; we do not edit or verify drawing content.
2. Lead times. Orders received before 12:00 are normally printed the same day. Fulfilment times may vary during peak periods or due to technical issues.
3. File responsibility. Customers are responsible for ensuring files are print-ready PDFs. We recommend vector files with embedded fonts and clear line weights.
4. Returns & refunds. Printed goods are non-returnable unless misprinted or damaged in transit. Reprints are provided where an error is confirmed to be ours.
5. Liability. Our liability is limited to the value of the affected order. We are not responsible for consequential loss, site delays, or third-party use of prints.
6. Payments. All payments are processed securely via Stripe at checkout. Prices are exclusive of VAT (We are not currently registered for VAT).
