File Guidelines
- Format: PDF only (vector preferred).
- File size: Up to 200MB per upload.
- Linework: Recommended line weights 0.13–0.35 mm.
- Fonts: All fonts must be embedded in your PDF.
- Colour: CMYK or RGB both acceptable for line drawings.
- Images: Line drawings only — no photo-heavy posters.
- Tip: Vector PDFs print crisper than raster images.

Flat-rate postage from £3.95 | Free local collection
(Line drawings only — same-day print for orders before 12:00)
Turnaround & Delivery
Orders placed before 12 pm are usually printed the same day.
- Collection: You’ll receive an email when your order is ready.
- Delivery: Posted by Royal Mail or courier. Tracked options available.
- Packaging: Folded and packed flat, rolled only available on collection.

Do you fold plans?
Yes, choose folded or rolled when you order. Rolled is only available on collection.
Can you print photographs or posters?
These products are for architectural and line drawings only. For posters, contact us for a quote.
Can I pay on behalf of a client?
Yes, you can pay directly or nominate your client during checkout.
Do you offer trade discounts for architects?

What if my file won’t upload?
Compress large PDFs or email us for help at sales@printmyplans.co.uk.
