What we collect

• Name, contact details, and delivery address when you place an order
• Uploaded print files (PDF format only)
• Payment details (processed securely by Stripe; we do not store card data)

How we use your data

• To process and fulfil your orders
• To provide customer support and notify you of order status
• To maintain internal accounting and tax records

Retention & deletion

Uploaded files are deleted from our servers automatically after 30 days. Order and invoice data are retained for statutory accounting purposes only.
